One of the biggest festival in Phuket that most of resident and who working in Phuket are join the fest. It is started on 28 Sep. - 7 Oct. 2008. Most thing I enjoy this festival is to have vegetarian food daily for almost 10 days which very delicious. All around any shrine sale egetarian food, snack and dessert.
Another thing that I enjoy every year are street processsions. Mah Song or entranced horese of god walk on the street around Phuket town.
